Join the PTS Partnership

Through Mayday’s journey to develop a Person-led, Transitional and Strength-based (PTS) Response  it became clear that it takes far more than simply changing elements of a traditional approach to deliver strength-based support. Instead, it requires a full commitment to organisational change, from the frontline, all the way to the top.

Mayday Trust offers organisations the opportunity to transform, to become fully person-led, transitional and strength-based, by changing your organisational culture and practice to create a whole systems approach for people they work with.

Mayday currently has a growing network of PTS Partners, made up of other delivery organisations and commissioners, who have adopted the PTS framework and response, and all work toward the shared PTS vision – a world where systems work for people going through tough times.

“We decided to join Mayday as a PTS Partner after being inspired by their vision for the future of services which help people exit homelessness or going through other tough times, focusing on strengths, not deficits. This chimed with our thinking and direction, but Mayday brought significant evidence and learning about how to deliver this type of service. We have already started to see changes within our culture, frontline staff and people we work with.”
